WARRANTY
All warranties will be provided by the manufacturers.

DIAPERS THAT ARE LEAKING OR HAVE ODOUR PROBLEMS
We will help you as much as possible, but these are problems due to improper care of the products, often caused by detergent residue.  Will not exchange or refund any products with these problems.

PLACING AN ORDER
Please either e-mail or call me.   We can set a date to meet and discuss your cloth diapering needs, or come to one of my workshops.  You may use this web-site to get information but it is not an on-line store.  We only deal with clients in the Glengarry-Prescott-Russel and Vaudreuil-Soulange area for now.  If there is a change, it will be posted on the web-site.  We do not stock all items in all colours and sizes, so you may have to wait for a week or 2 for your complete order to come in.  We will give you an estimated date of when your order may be in.

PAYMENT
We accept cash and checks.  We are in the process of checking out credit card payments but they are not accepted at the moment.  If you do pay by check there will be a hold on your order until the check is cleared.  There will be a $25 fee for cheques with insufficient funds.

PRIVACY POLICY
At "baby and me", your privacy is important to us! We abide by all Canadian Privacy Laws.  Please feel free to contact us with questions and concerns.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
As soon as we receive all your order from the manufacturers we will determine with you where we can give you your order.  We do not stock all merchandise since there is such a wide variety of selection. 

RETURNS
Every effort is made to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within seven (7) days after you received the product, we will accept returns for in store credit, if the product is in new and in it's original condition.
